Personal Injury Litigation Experience

Phil O’Keefe is an experienced forensic engineer. He is often called upon to analyze evidence, reconstruct accident scenes, and perform tests to render opinions on the causes of injuries and property damage. Phil O’Keefe has been asked to render opinions in electric shock, construction injury, and other cases. Phil O’Keefe is a certified training instructor in industry. He develops and teaches training seminars on the hazards created by the rapid release of energy during electrical fault conditions. Course content includes steps required to mitigate risks associated with electrical arc flashes and comply with OSHA regulations regarding electrical safety, personal protection equipment (PPE), and employee safety training requirements.
